Emerson's Baptism

We had Emerson's baptism on Sunday with great success minus a few photos I wish I would have gotten of her in her dress. That's ok though I am having her picture taken on Saturday in the dress so that should make up for it. I am so thankful God has blessed me with an amazing husband and daughter. Justin has always been a great husband and is even a more amazing father. Emerson is the center of our lives and we barely remember life before her. I am also very thankful for my family. My parents came in for the big event along with my Meme (E's great-grandmother) from Florida and Courtney from A&M. I love spending time with them and wish I could see them more often. We know that Emerson will have a strong relationship with God as Justin and I do.

HAPPY HALF BIRTHDAY E!!!

I can't believe you are 6 months old and barely remember life without you. Thank you for your wonderful laugh and constant smile. Thank you for your peaceful sleep. Thank you for telling me stories when you are trying to stay awake before a nap. Thank you for allowing us to constantly squeeze and kiss all over you. Thank you for kicking and squealing with excitement. Thank you for the wonderful face that greets us each morning when we get you out of your crib. Thank you for laughing at all of our funny faces and voices. Thank you for enduring our singing especially your fathers. Thank you for grabbing and stroking my hands and face. Thank you for trying to do a zerbert. Thank you for all the cute noises you make. Thank you for being you. We love you with all of our hearts and thank you for the best six months of our lives.
