I apologize because I am a little behind on blogging. Emerson and I shared a birthday this month...33 for me and 8 months for her. She is absolutely amazing and being a mommy gets better each day. She started the army crawl at 7 months and now at 8 months we are crawling, pulling up, and standing. It is amazing how these transformations literally happen overnight. Emerson is the happiest little girl and very much attached to her Mommy and Daddy. I have been looking at preschools for 2011 and she will be almost 2 when she starts. I started crying just thinking about her with a backpack getting ready for preschool. I know it will be here before I know it so I truly try to cherish each day with her. She has the most amazing belly laugh and for some reason thinks Justin and I are hilarious. Justin taught her how to give you "5" at just 8 months. We are now working on blowing kisses. She is saying mama and dada although I'm convinced her first word will be Ziggy. She is obsessed with him or should I say obsessed with getting a hold of him. I think Ziggy is thinking what this baby is mobile?? We are so blessed and I am very thankful I get to spend everyday with her.
