Birthday Questionaire

BEST DAY EVER!!!

Emerson LOVES Rapunzel and watches the movie Tangled once a day so what could be a more fitting theme for her 4th Birthday. Rapunzel came to wish this sweet girl a Happy Birthday and she could not have been happier. We are so blessed by this sweet, compassionate, smart, and beautiful little girl. Emerson loves her brother and mentors him in every way. She loves to paint, draw, and play games any time she can. She loves to be outside and has mastered swimming this summer. She loves all things princess especially 'punzel as she calls her. She loves school and can write her name and any name you spell for her. She is so smart. She loves her friends and her family. She loves music and dancing. She loves God and prays to him each night. This bright little girl lights up our life and makes us so proud. Happy 4th Birthday Sweet Emerson! We love you!!

GO SPARKLERS!!!

Emerson started soccer this month as well. She is on a team with her best friends from preschool She LOVES it!! Pics below are of her first practice then her first game. Clearly she doesn't take after her mother's athletic ability. We are looking forward to a great season with these girls!

First Day of School

Emerson and Truett started preschool on September 4th. It is hard to believe that this is Emerson's third year and Truett's first. You always try for the award winning photograph but with children they usually turn out a little something like this...

Emerson is in the "3" class this year and has Ms. Lisa. Truett is in the "1" class and has Ms. Jennifer. We could not be more blessed than by these very amazing, talented, patient and kind teachers. Ms. Lisa has been teaching at our school for 18 years and Ms. Jennifer 9. Ms. Lisa just told me that Emerson is the sweetest girl she has ever had and is so glad to have her in her class. Jennifer takes 6 toddlers and I can't say enough about her and I now call her the toddler whisperer. Truett is still crying at drop off just to break my heart but he will be running into school shortly just like Emerson. I am so grateful for this amazing school and its leaders. Emerson has grown exponentially in these 3 years and I know Truett will too.
